How to Access TADACT Disability Service Assistance

Anyone with a disability can call on TADACT’s services. TADACT’s client base ranges from the very young to the elderly. People come to TADACT through self-referral or by referral by others, be they carers, health professionals or simply concerned citizens.
We will ask you for your name, address, phone number, the name and contact details of
your Health Professional (if you have one) for example a GP, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, a
description of the help you are seeking and where appropriate, the name and phone number of a contact person who can authorise the commencement of the service.
