Indoor Recreation

People with cerebral palsy are often unable to manipulate a standard TV and VCR remote control unit.  TADACT added a touch of ingenuity in designing and making a slave unit for the remote controller.  Wall mounted with wide button separation the user is able to turn the units on or off, to select TV or VCR, to adjust the volume, and to operate the VCR in play mode.
People who are sight impaired like to listen to the radio and to cassettes. An electronic specialist designed a unit incorporating pre-set radio stations and a cassette player operated using large push buttons. It is also possible to vary the volume, both of the radio and cassette player, by stepping through pre-set volume levels. This is done simply by pressing another large control button repeatedly.
