The Kilcullen/TADACT Page Turner has been through a steady process of development and refinement. The original idea was conceived by John Kilcullen for his daughter.
TADACT became involved when asked to mechanise the original pedestrian unit. Since then, TADACT has continued the refinement to the point where the unit has been reduced in size and can be used on an area as small as a wheelchair tray. It has also developed a range of switches to suit individual needs. Today, turners are being used by people with cerebral palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and motor neurone disease.
