The John James Memorial Foundation Ltd (the Foundation) is a medical charity based at the John James Healthcare Campus in Deakin ACT. The FoundationŐs members are doctors who are specialists in their chosen field of medicine. The Foundation has established a base of charitable and operational programs and with the continuing support of its membership, the Foundation is able to provide services distinct from other medical and health related charities.

The John James Foundation, named in memory of one of Canberra's early and distinguished doctors, built the John James Memorial Hospital in 1970 and provided outstanding private hospital care to patients in and around Canberra for almost 40 years. In 2006, Calvary Private Health Care, which is a part of the much larger Little Company of Mary Health Care group, took over the running of the Hospital which is now known as Calvary John James Hospital.
